When David Trace contracted with William Mamounis for IT services, he knew he had met a high-caliber IT professional. They quickly became friends and trusted colleagues. David knew from his own experience and from that of his accounting firm clients that there was a real need for honest, candid, reliable IT services. From there, Business & Technology Management Solutions was born.
